An educational game that teaches you how to boost motivation through conversational techniques.
The game shows you how to recognise a motivational ‘code’ that will allow you to best determine how to increase an employee’s commitment to their work. Each time the players choose a new code randomly, keeping the game varied and exciting.
What motivates one employee can demotivate another, something that players of Root of Motivation will learn. In each round, the leader motivates their employee to perform a task: work overtime; learn a new process, etc.
