Shoe Biz

Educational game developing management skills.

Shoe Biz is a business producing a variety of slippers. Its staff consists of around a hundred workers who make up the production line and other departments.
As with any company, there are days which just fly by without any problems, but there are also those days when the odds are not in your favour. Each card represents a difficult situation which the production manager has to face. His or her task is to choose the appropriate tools that will not only solve the problem but also prevent it from happening again.

Players receive points depending on the choices they make.
This game is not only for the leaders who participate in the training but also for their supervisors, the production managers. The second stage of the game involves a discussion between the leader and the manager. The manager will receive points based on the quality of this discussion.
