Training courses are only the first step: staff must be offered the opportunity to practice what they have learned in order to make training successful. POST-TRAINING GAMES facilitate this process. They provide a collaborative, interactive, and competitive framework for the long-term acquisition of knowledge and skills, ensuring that new competences become second nature to employees.
- INCLUDING MANAGERS IN THE TRAINING PROCESS
One reason training often fails is that managers are not involved in the process. For this reason we make a point of involving managers in both the initial training courses and the POST-TRAINIG GAMES we provide. Managers participate in every stage of the process, from planning to delivery and evaluation. In POST-TRAINING GAMES managers are encouraged to be GAMES MASTERS, moderating games and observing their employees as they acquire new skills and competences.
- A FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO TRAINING
We know that planning a standard 2-day training can be difficult for any organisation. This is why we came up with the idea of ‘intensive training sessions’ – short courses designed to help employees acquire a particular competence, focusing on a specific development need identified by the client.
