We are a creative, competent and passionate team of business coaches with 20 years of experience working with a variety of organisations. Our team combines expertise in psychology, education, coaching, and business with competence in sales and management for both big corporations and small companies. We are reliable partners, whether for clients in the market for continued development support, or those in need of one-off training sessions. We are well aware of the development needs of both large corporations and small businesses, and for many years we have been successful in training and coaching employees. We offer advice and provide regular mentoring sessions at a senior level. We are convinced that creativity is the best way to build a business.   1. POST-TRAINING GAMES

We believe that acquiring new skills is a process. Training courses are only the first step: staff must be offered the opportunity to practice what they have learned in order to make training successful. POST-TRAINING GAMES facilitate this process. They provide a collaborative, interactive, and competitive framework for the long-term acquisition of knowledge and skills, ensuring that new competences become second nature to employees.

  1. INCLUDING MANAGERS IN THE TRAINING PROCESS

One reason training often fails is that managers are not involved in the process. For this reason we make a point of involving managers in both the initial training courses and the POST-TRAINIG GAMES we provide. Managers participate in every stage of the process, from planning to delivery and evaluation. In POST-TRAINING GAMES managers are encouraged to be GAMES MASTERS, moderating games and observing their employees as they acquire new skills and competences.

  1. A FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO TRAINING

We know that planning a standard 2-day training can be difficult for any organisation. This is why we came up with the idea of  ‘intensive training sessions’ – short courses designed to help employees acquire a particular competence, focusing on a specific development need identified by the client.

We believe that all organisations have the potential to be responsible for their own development needs. We consider ourselves a catalyst, providing the necessary tools for organisations to go on to provide their own training. MOTIVATIONAL GAMES

Games that boost motivation at work.

What motivates one employee can demotivate another, something that players of Root of Motivation will learn. In each round, the leader motivates their employee to perform a task: work overtime; learn a new process, etc.
The rules are simple: the more the leader gets to know their employee, the better arguments they can use to motivate him or her during their discussion. The game allows players to score points for each valid argument, or based on a subjective assessment by the employee in which he or she rates the discussion.

Games that improve sales skills.

We are currently developing the game „Extraordinary Deal” in consultation with B2B sales teams in various industries.

Players take on the role of employee/manager/business owner and sales workforce in the FMCG sector (Fast Moving Consumer Goods – especially foods and beverages with a short shelf-life, requiring rapid consumption).

MANAGEMENT GAMES

Games that develop employees’ managerial skills.

It is optimistic to expect participants to immediately apply the tools acquired during the management course to their work. Often, what seems familiar during coaching may become challenging to implement in everyday work.  The post-training card game will help attendees of the training course to achieve these objectives.
